It's from The Simpsons episode where Mr. Burns is getting booed by the crowd and Mr. Smithers tries to convince him they're saying "boo-urns", upon which Mr. Burns asks the crowd and we find that they are in fact booing, except for Hans Moleman who was indeed saying "boo-urns".
