Well, all the local NJ Chinese restaurants I go to end up just serving a large portion of grease with a side of rice. This actually resembled and tasted like freshly prepared food. And you can't get a table at the one in Princeton for lunch or dinner without making a reservation multiple days in advance, so they're definitely doing something right.

P.F. Chang's??????????
Thanks chart smart...and yes, Mr. Cooper, that was some very good Chinese food I had this week (and an unbelievably good dessert, too!).
P.F. Chang's is for people who don't live near actually good Chinese food. It made sense in North Carolina, but I don't get it in Jersey.
