"Drivers in New Jersey will soon have more incentive to keep their hands on the wheel. A new law goes into effect tomorrow. Drivers who are caught talking or texting on hand-held cell phones could face a $100 fine. New Jersey joins four other states where talking on a hand-held phone is reason enough to get pulled over. But tomorrow it will become the first state to allow cops to pull people over for texting."

Fuck. Well I'm glad you told me, I definitely would've gotten pulled over for this.
I claim I spend approximately 70% of my driving time talking on my cell phone...time to invest in hands-free gear.
