Obviously, the mistaken graphic was meant to highlight Tony Blair's resignation.It appeared for twelve of the American nations most hopeful seconds in recent years...then again, I'm not sure I should be describing the hypothetical swearing in of President Dick Cheney as "hopeful". More like devastating, nightmarish, catastrophic...kind of like our current President.
